Returns and exchanges

We guarantee the quality of goods and services, and hope you are very excited about the purchase of FUYIGROUP. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the guide below, or contact us for return assistance.

The original invoice or receipt will accept returns within 20 days for refund or site credit. The returned product must be brand new and undamaged, unwashed and unaltered, and labelled in its original saleable condition. After 30 days, you may receive a refund of qualified website points. After 20 days, no returns will be accepted. We will not return or exchange any garments marked with final sale, washing or cancellation tags, and we apologize for this.

To return an item, please follow the instructions on the return form included with the package.

Please follow the guidelines below: All returns must have been purchased from FUYIGROUP and returned in a saleable state (new, unused and unaltered), including the original packaging with the original label.

Returns completed within 20 calendar days after the invoice date will be issued in the same format as the payment form (please allow 14 days for processing). If the online store credit is used to purchase goods, the refund will be issued as the online store credit.

Goods marked with final sale cannot be returned

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To return the goods, please put a new return label on the original shipping label and fill in the sender information section. Make sure to include your return form and invoice, which shows your order number and customer information. Ship the package through the carrier of your choice and pay the appropriate postage. Please record your tracking information.

Refunds and processing refunds will be processed within approximately 7-14 working days after receiving your return. The original freight is not refundable. After processing the return, an email will be sent. If you need a replacement, please fill in the replacement form or simply return and reorder according to your size.
